Open the Drowsie app → Me → Drowsie speaker. If you see a stuck "scanning" state, tap Forget speaker (under the same screen), wait 5 seconds, then tap Start scanning again. The speaker LED should pulse while it's discoverable.
I bought on drowsie.com.au — how do I get the app for free?
Your 1-year app membership is included with every speaker. Visit /pages/upgrade with the email you used at checkout — you'll get a one-time code that activates your free year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Drowsie Sleep Club → Cancel. Auto-renewal stops; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
I want to delete my account
In the Drowsie app: Me tab → Account → Delete account (in the Danger Zone). Your sleep data, speaker bindings, and account record are removed within 24 hours. Subscription billing records held by Apple are separate — manage those in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Sounds stop playing overnight
By default Drowsie fades to quiet once you fall asleep (detected via the speaker's motion sensor) — that's the design. To keep music going all night, open Tonight tab → tap your tonight's pick → toggle Continuous or pick a soundscape from the Soundscapes category (they're set to loop 8 hours).
Warranty
Every Drowsie speaker carries a 1-year warranty from purchase date. If yours stops working, email us with your order number and a description — we'll arrange a replacement.
